AI-Enabled Demand Gen Strategy & Pipeline Growth
Sage is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help shape and optimize the net-new prospect demand strategy for Sage Intacct, our B2B SaaS AI-powered Financial Management solution cross key verticals in the U.S market.
You will own demand strategies and plays that improve full-funnel performance from demand generation, lead acquisition through sales-qualified opportunity creation. Using data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, you will align the right stakeholders, collaborate with the Campaigns Hub and Digital Hub teams, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
This role also requires close collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to align strategy, optimize lead flow, and continuously improve performance through a system-driven, data-led approach.
This is a strong opportunity for a data-led B2B SaaS marketer who wants to be a part of a more modern growth/demand gen marketing model. Our marketing teams are in the early exploratory stages of developing an AI-enabled way of working where marketers set strategic direction, use AI agents and automation to scale tactical work, while overseeing strategic data-driven decisions and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate has a strong curiosity for AI and has ideally experimented with building AI agents to automate workflows. You're a proactive, analytical marketer with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to connect marketing activity to business impact.
