Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Manufacturing Planner III positions STAFFORD SPRINGS, CT. Shift: M-F 8 am to 5 pm

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $40/hour

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule production using ERP (SAP) to ensure optimal production flow, on-time delivery, and efficient resource utilization

Analyze production data to develop cost-effective schedules and drive improvements in KPIs such as OTIF, schedule attainment, and utilization

Coordinate workflows across multiple product lines, ensuring materials, manpower, and equipment meet production demand

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering) to resolve issues, manage inventory levels, and support new product introductions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, data science, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment

Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills

Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
