Traffic Control Flagger - Immediate Openings | Unlimited Overtime Available

Looking for steady outdoor work with strong earning potential and quick pay increases? Join a safety-focused team providing essential traffic control services across active construction and utility projects.

This role is ideal for reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want consistent hours with room to grow.

What You'll Do

Set up and break down traffic control zones , including cones, signs, and barriers

Direct traffic safely using stop/slow paddles and hand signals

Guide motorists through work zones and provide clear directions

Monitor traffic flow and adjust setups to maintain safety and efficiency

Communicate with crew members and other flaggers to coordinate operations

Maintain safe distances between workers and moving vehicles

Support general site setup, maintenance, and cleanup using basic tools

What We're Looking For

Dependable and safety-focused individuals

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Construction, landscaping, or flagging experience is a plus-but not required

Willingness to learn PennDOT safety standards and procedures

Pay & Growth Opportunities

Starting pay with quick increases:

$17/hr after 3 months

$18/hr after 6 months

Unlimited overtime available - maximize your earnings

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
