Description We are looking for an Office Manager to support daily operations for a growing engineering-focused organization in St Paul, Minnesota. This Contract position is expected to run approximately 4 to 8 weeks and will play an important role in keeping the office organized, secure, and responsive to team needs. The right candidate will bring strong administrative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance front-office responsibilities with facility and executive support.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and customers, maintain access documentation, issue badges, and help uphold site security procedures through routine oversight of entry activity and related systems.

Coordinate office and facility requests, track follow-up items, and ensure building-related needs are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.

Organize meetings and workplace activities by managing schedules, preparing spaces, and supporting event logistics for internal teams.

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to leadership and project staff, helping prioritize tasks and keep business operations moving efficiently.

Handle receptionist and front-desk duties, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing communications appropriately.

Monitor, order, and replenish office supplies so staff have the materials needed to work effectively.

Manage calendars and appointment scheduling, including coordinating availability and adjusting plans as priorities change. Requirements - Prior experience in office management, administrative support, executive assistance, or a similar coordination-focused role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace collaboration or scheduling tools.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with employees, visitors, and leadership.

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a self-directed approach to completing work.

Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. TalentMatch®
