ANTWERPEN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP Marketing Coordinator Hybrid | Baltimore Metro Area | Full-Time About Antwerpen Automotive Group Antwerpen Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership group and the #1 volume dealer in Maryland, serving the Baltimore/Washington region with eight locations across multiple brands including Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, and Genesis. For decades, we've built our reputation on aggressive pricing, genuine customer service, and a team-first culture where people take pride in doing things the right way. If you've heard the name Antwerpen, you already know-when Jack says YES, you pay less. The Role We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to be the central hub for all marketing activity across our eight dealerships. This person will be the connective tissue between our agency of record, third-party vendors, and our store leadership-making sure the right creative gets to the right store at the right time, that vendor relationships are managed proactively, and that nothing falls through the cracks. This isn't a role where you're designing ads or buying media-we have an agency and vendor partners for that. This is the person who keeps the entire operation organized and moving forward. You'll work directly with dealership leadership and have real visibility into how a multi-store automotive group markets itself across every channel. If you're someone who's organized, great with people, and looking for a role where you can learn the business quickly while making an immediate impact-this is it. We're open to candidates fresh out of college, people with customer service or hospitality backgrounds, or anyone with early marketing experience and a genuine interest in the field. You'd Be a Great Fit If You... Keep a running mental checklist of what's due, what's pending, and who hasn't responded-and you follow up before anyone has to ask. Are comfortable being the go-between for people who don't always speak the same language-translating what the agency needs from the stores, and what the stores need from the agency. Can walk into a General Manager's office, build trust quickly, and get them to review and approve assets before the deadline. Thrive when your calendar is full of moving pieces across multiple locations. Complexity doesn't overwhelm you-it motivates you to organize. Naturally pay attention to details-the kind of person who catches a wrong price on a listing or a typo on a website before it goes live. Are curious about how marketing works. You may not be building campaigns, but you want to understand marketplace listings, lead sources, online reviews, and how it all fits together. Take pride in keeping the machine running smoothly rather than being the center of attention. You're the reason things don't fall apart-and you like it that way. Stay steady when things get hectic. When a store needs something yesterday and the agency is waiting on approvals, you triage, communicate, and solve. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between Antwerpen's agency of record and individual store General Managers and dealership leadership-routing monthly manufacturer incentives and creative assets, gathering feedback, and driving approvals to completion. Own the marketing calendar across all eight stores, scheduling promotions, campaigns, and seasonal pushes so nothing overlaps, gets duplicated, or falls through the cracks. Manage third-party marketplace vendor relationships (Cars.com, AutoTrader, CarGurus, etc.), ensuring vehicle listings are accurate, current, and fully optimized. Oversee lead aggregator partnerships, keeping tabs on performance metrics and surfacing issues to dealership leadership before they become problems. Review and monitor all store websites as assets are uploaded by the digital vendor(s), verifying accuracy and consistency before content goes live. Work with website and merchandising tool vendors to keep vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotional content aligned across every platform. Monitor online reputation across review sites-crafting responses to customer reviews, escalating concerns to store management, and upholding brand standards across all locations. Guide organic social media activity across store-level pages, ensuring posts are on-brand, timely, and connected to the broader marketing calendar. Maintain organized records of vendor costs across all stores, tracking invoices and marketing spend so leadership always has a clear picture of where dollars are going. Work with the agency and vendors to ensure co-op advertising is filed promptly and accurately-staying on top of preapprovals and post-run submissions. Qualifications What We're Looking For A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field-or equivalent real-world experience in customer-facing, hospitality, or coordination-heavy roles. Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting things slip. If you've managed schedules, vendor relationships, or multi-location logistics in any industry, that counts. Clear, professional communication-both written and verbal. You'll be the daily voice between agencies, vendors, store GMs, and executive leadership. Comfort with standard business tools (Microsoft Office, email, shared calendars) and the ability to pick up new vendor platforms quickly. A genuine interest in marketing and a willingness to learn. You don't need to come in as an expert-you need to come in curious and ready to grow. Bonus Points Any exposure to automotive retail, dealership operations, or automotive marketing-even as a customer-facing employee. Familiarity with third-party automotive marketplaces (Cars.com, AutoTrader, CarGurus) or lead generation platforms. Experience with social media management across multiple pages or locations. Background in reputation management, customer review platforms, or online brand monitoring. Experience working alongside an external agency, marketing firm, or vendor partner. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience. Dealer loaner vehicle provided. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and manufacturer training and certification opportunities. A family-owned culture where your work has direct visibility with dealership leadership-not buried in a corporate org chart. How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter to [dburke@antwerpenauto.com / application link]. In your cover letter, tell us about a time you kept a complex, multi-stakeholder situation on track when things got hectic-we'd rather hear about how you work than a list of where you've worked. Antwerpen Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
