Administrative Payroll Assistant (Start ASAP)

Pay: $18-30/hour based on experience

Shift: 7AM-3PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operators to join our team, focusing on operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for production and a knack for machine operation.

Responsibilities

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate team.

Greet visitors or callers and handle inquiries or direct them to appropriate persons.

Create, maintain and enter information into database

Perform payroll functions, timecards, submitting payroll, etc.

Essential Skills

Previous payroll processing for large facility.

Customer Service experience of at least 2+ years.

Advanced computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.38 - $18.38/hr.
