Customer Service Representative

Location: Mesa, AZ 85202

Shift: Multiple shifts available (including early morning 5AM-1PM, mid-day, and evening up to 9PM; Monday-Saturday)

What You'll Do

Provide top-tier support to customers via email, phone, and chat, with a strong focus on written communication

Handle order processing, data entry, and issue resolution with high attention to detail

Act as a problem-solver and customer advocate, ensuring a positive experience for schools and end users

Qualifications

1.5-2+ years of customer service experience

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office + email platforms required; Google Apps a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a high-volume email environment (majority of day)

Ability to @type 35+ WPM and multitask effectively

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
