Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our distribution center team. This role involves general labor duties including equipment operation, material handling, inventory support, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This position requires individuals who can work in a fast-paced setting, perform repetitive tasks, and consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse labor including housekeeping and material handling
Operate equipment such as forklifts (electric or propane)
Use RF scanners (RF gun) for inventory tracking and order processing
Assist with inventory control and coordination within a SAP-based system
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications
Experience with SAP systems (required)
Background in distribution, warehousing, or logistics environments
Experience operating forklifts (electric or propane)
Familiarity with RF scanning equipment
Inventory Specialist or Coordinator experience within a distribution center (DC) preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to:
Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks
Basic math and counting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in team settings
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to on-the-job training

Fast-paced warehouse setting
May be dusty and/or dirty at times
Requires physical activity and adherence to safety protocols

Reliable transportation
Ability to pass Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification/training
Steel-toe shoes are required
