About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the afternoon and evening shifts. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. The Warehouse Employee PM contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring that orders are processed correctly and shipments are prepared for dispatch without delay. This position is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse workflows and supporting customer satisfaction through reliable inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.

Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.

Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift operator certification.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality.

Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse to comply with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets.

Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.

Assist in loading outbound shipments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Skills:

The required skills such as basic math, reading, and physical stamina are essential for accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and performing manual tasks safely throughout the shift. Preferred skills like forklift operation and familiarity with warehouse management systems enhance daily efficiency by enabling the employee to handle equipment confidently and utilize technology to track inventory. Strong organizational skills help maintain an orderly workspace, which reduces errors and improves workflow. Effective communication and teamwork skills are used daily to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring that operational goals are met smoothly. Knowledge of safety protocols is applied consistently to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment for all warehouse staff.
