About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the afternoon and evening shifts at our San Juan facility. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. The Warehouse Employee PM will contribute to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations. Ultimately, this position is essential for maintaining smooth logistics operations and supporting customer satisfaction through reliable inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (certification preferred).

Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret shipping documents.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift operator certification.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality.

Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.

Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet shift goals and deadlines.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all warehouse operations.

Skills:

The required skills such as operating warehouse equipment and performing inventory management are essential for daily tasks like unloading shipments and preparing orders accurately. Basic math and document reading skills enable the employee to verify shipment contents and maintain accurate records.
