Summary You will serve as a DIRECTOR OF WARFARE REQUIREMENTS AND RESOURCES in the WARFARE REQUIREMENTS, RESOURCES, AND ASSESSMENT DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will lead the development of the Pacific Submarine Force structure, set priorities, improve business practices, and create new strategy initiatives. You will act as the executive agent for projects, supporting Program Managers to align project goals, priorities, and schedules. You will oversee Integrated Undersea Surveillance System efforts, including manning, training, and readiness requirements. You will identify resource and budget issues to develop concept of operations (CONOPS) and provide policy and funding guidance. You will manage specialized funding programs ensuring proper alignment of resources for Undersea Enterprise Systems. You will oversee the Division's workload, review completed work, advise employees, address complaints, implement minor disciplinary actions, and recommend employee awards. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying, developing, and prioritizing resources and requirements to support operational and strategic objectives; planning, programming, budgeting; and supervising personnel to achieve operational readiness.
