Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager)Not Your Typical Account Manager - You're the Face of Service

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we're looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM)-our internal title for an Account Manager-who is ready to take ownership of client success and become the trusted partner our clients rely on for their building maintenance needs.

This is a people-first role that combines client management, operational coordination, and strategic problem-solving. You won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll spend time in the field meeting with clients, ensuring service excellence, and building lasting partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial facility clients.

Manage ongoing operations, including inspections, issue resolution, and service quality oversight.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and contractors through consistent communication and follow-through.

Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, recommend solutions, and manage pricing and logistics.

Coordinate with Account Compliance Managers to ensure after-hours service execution aligns with client expectations.

Work independently while being supported by a team that includes the Director of Operations and administrative staff.

Utilize our CRM system to document inspections, manage client information, and efficiently coordinate field activities.

Performance Metrics for Success

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we believe in transparency and clarity when measuring success. As a Facility Solutions Manager, your performance will be evaluated using several key metrics that directly impact client satisfaction and branch growth:

Client Retention: Maintain a client retention rate of 96%-98%. High retention reflects outstanding service and strong client relationships.

Revenue Growth: Generate additional service sales within your assigned territory and achieve established growth targets.

Quality Assurance: Conduct and document detailed quality control inspections to ensure services consistently meet our standards.

Operational Excellence: Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards.

Team Leadership: Support, develop, and hold contractors accountable to maintain high performance and service quality.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, facility management, building maintenance, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both clients and contractors.

Natural problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

High level of accountability, organization, and ownership of results.

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

What You'll Gain

Base salary of $50,000

Uncapped commissions with first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000
