Job Description
This is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for following complex, detailed procedures and documentation to complete daily tasks such as cleaning large industrial machinery, managing graphite part replacement, and completing all machine clean records. The role requires adherence to safety protocols to ensure tasks are completed safely, without damage, and on time.
Responsibilities
Clean large industrial machinery and manage graphite part replacement.
Complete all machine clean records and daily 5S requirements.
Stand, walk, and frequently use stairs for long periods.
Move and lift boxes filled with graphite parts, weighing between 10-200 pounds.
Push carts weighing between 20 lbs. and 275 lbs.
Handle poly silicon rock pieces up to 300 times during a 12-hour shift.
Move an average of 4,400 lbs. of material within a 12-hour period twice.
Operate lift equipment to transport material and products.
Exert force as necessary to move objects and perform tasks during a 12-hour shift.
Complete training on handling tools for heavy parts.
Review daily machine clean list and schedule cleaning tasks.
Input data and track computerized forms for graphite part replacement.
Monitor and verify data and setup processes to meet quality standards.
Report and prevent variations, errors, or lapses in quality.
Identify and report suggestions for improvement.
Understand and follow safety regulations and use Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Use Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) system to de-energize machines when required.
Essential Skills
Must be able to work in magnetic field work environment
Must be medically cleared by a doctor to to work in a magnetic field work environment IF any foreign metal objects are embedded in the body and/or IF any use of metallic or electronic medical devices such as metal implants, pacemakers, hearing aids, diabetic pumps, etc.
Capability to work around hazardous and volatile chemicals.
Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality assurance protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing.
Ability to multitask, manage time well, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.

Work Environment
The work environment involves working a 12-hour night shift from 6pm to 6am, following a compressed workweek schedule. It is somewhat dirty with loud machinery and requires adherence to strict safety protocols. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, nitrile gloves, protective sleeves, face shield, and composite toe safety shoes are mandatory. Additional PPE may be required depending on the task.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
