ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC, a division of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Project Management Administrative Specialist to support our Prime NASA ROME contract at Wallops Flight Facility.

General knowledge of facilities shop operations and maintenance.

Maintain Project Management work orders by entering log notes, failure reporting entries and completing work orders in Maximo.

Responsible for work order receipt, processing, routing, maintenance of current work order status in Maximo.

Performs as internal quality control monitor of work order status and labor in Maximo.

Obtain required quotes needed to perform related work and enter purchase requisitions as requested by Project Manager using Maximo.

Organize incoming work orders according to priority.

Assist with dispatching technicians as needed.

Verify hours worked, work performed, and record time in Maximo.

Maintain records for IDIQ shop.

Proficient in Maximo software.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Deltek Costpoint and other related software.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Position requires a BS/BA degree + 0-2 years of experience, or the equivalent.
