Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
The Electrical Foreman will lead day-to-day electrical installation activities for a commercial, retail-style medical office fit-out project in the Nexton area. This is a hands-on, working foreman role that combines field leadership with active installation work, requiring strong plan-reading skills, commercial electrical expertise, and the ability to supervise and coordinate a small crew on-site.
Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and work directly from commercial electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Plan installation methods, material usage, and sequencing to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of electrical work.
Perform electrical installation tasks alongside the crew in a working foreman capacity, including conduit installation, wire pulling, and circuitry work.
Supervise and direct a crew of approximately two electricians during daily tasks, providing clear instructions and guidance.
Coordinate with a senior-level foreman for project guidance, scheduling, and overall project oversight.
Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues, resolving installation challenges, and providing field-based problem-solving.
Maintain productivity and workmanship standards while meeting project schedule commitments and milestones.
Communicate effectively with team members and other on-site personnel to support smooth project execution.
Essential Skills
Proven electrical foreman experience or equivalent leadership experience in the electrical field.
Strong ability to read, understand, and work from commercial electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Hands-on experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, and circuitry in a commercial environment.
Comfortable bending and installing electrical metallic tubing (EMT) and similar @types of conduit.
Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction practices.
Ability to lead, communicate, and work effectively with a small electrical crew.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and installations.
Experience working on commercial or construction projects.

Work Environment
The role is based on-site at a commercial, retail-style medical office building in the Nexton area off North Creek Drive. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., reflecting a full-time, field-based construction environment. Work is performed in an active construction setting, involving regular use of standard electrical tools and equipment, installation of conduit and wiring, and coordination with other trades on-site.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
