Seasonal/Temporary work from 8/3/2026 - 11/15/2026
We are a 4000 acre row crop farming operation. We primarily grow corn,
rice soybeans utilizing flood/row irrigation. Our equipment primarily
consists of late model equipment comprising of both John Deere and Case
machines. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as:
apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc,
attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity,
clean work areas, direct and monitor work during planting and
harvesting, guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through
machines, haul and spread materials such as but not limited to
fertilizer to condition the soil, inform farm managers of plants or
crops progress, load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from
fields and/or storage locations or facilities, load and unload materials
and commodities, load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields,
maintain grounds and landscaping, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds
into planter, spreader, sprayer @type machinery, operate self propelled
machinery, participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and
post-harvest treatment of crops, position boxes/bags at ends of
machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers, record
information about crops, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements,
and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other
structures, set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized\
equipment, tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning
crops, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers,
pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as
wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, work in extreme
temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be
used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being
performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading
facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving
equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation
equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc,
planters, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, sprayers, tillage
equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be
performing the duties to help produce: corn, rice, soybeans. Must be
able to work in hot and/or cold conditions.

employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors
