What would you do as a Trust Operations Administrator
As a new Trust Operations Administrator, your day-to-day
responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service,
accurately processing transactions, and addressing trust officer
inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting all
operations procedures performed in the Trust Department including but
not limited to, securing and monitoring assets, posting all income and
expense transactions, daily balancing of trust accounts, and assisting
other trust staff members. Your expected schedule is Monday through
Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm each day, allowing for a consistent routine
that fosters a collaborative work environment.
During your day, you will engage with both trust customers and trust
officers, honing your communication skills and gaining valuable insights
into our trust products and services. Your role will be integral to
creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while upholding the values
of integrity and professionalism that define our organization.
