Systems Specialist - AI Product & Strategy

Required Education/Experience

Master's Degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant full-time work experience or

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant full-time work experience or

Associate's Degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant full-time work experience or

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 7 years relevant full-time work experience

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, or technology-centric field and a minimum of 5 years relevant full-time work experience in Engineering or AI/ML/Data Delivery

Relevant Work Experience

Demonstrated experience in product management, business analysis, or technical program management for data, analytics, or AI/ML solutions, preferred

Experience working in one of the following business domains in a major utility Asset Management or Engineering, Work Execution or Construction, Supply Chain, Electrification, preferred

Experience working in agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), preferred

Demonstrated stakeholder management experience across business and technical audiences, preferred

Experience with business process mapping, journey mapping, or use case development, preferred

Experience supporting business case development, benefits tracking, or value realization, preferred

Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives, preferred

Experience with AI/ML technologies and data platforms, preferred

Familiarity with utilities, energy, or regulated industries, preferred

Skills and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent collaboration and team building skills

Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

Develops and delivers effective presentations

Licenses and Certifications

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Available to work off hours as operationally required
