We distribute food throughout the Upper Midwest. Your day, in real life

You'll start Monday through Friday by getting settled onsite, then jump into a steady flow of documents and messages that keep the finance wheels turning. Expect a mix of screen time (checking details, scanning, and organizing), quick check-ins with teammates for clarifications, and the occasional phone conversation that calls for friendly professionalism. The pace stays lively, so you'll shift between tasks, keep your workspace and digital folders tidy, and finish the day with the satisfying feeling that the right info landed in the right place-on time.

What you'll handle

As an Accounts Payable Assistant (entry level) in Cloquet, MN, you'll help keep our Accounts Payable Team running smoothly and accurately-because clean paperwork makes everything else easier. Key responsibilities - Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents before routing to the Accounts Payable Team - Triage the Accounts Payable inbox and direct emails to the right teammate - Gather required expense approvals and distribute items to the team - Scan invoices into the AP system and maintain AP files - Use solid phone/customer service skills when speaking with brokers and vendors - Complete other assignments as directed; maintain regular attendance and work safely What you'll bring - Strong organization, accuracy, and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced office - Professional communication and relationship-building skills If you like details, teamwork, and getting things "just right," apply today.
