Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler

Job Description
This role focuses on precision cleanroom assembly of catheter components used in the brain to help prevent aneurysms.
You will spend most of your time working under a microscope, using small hand tools to assemble very small parts such as coiling wire and small tubing. Consistent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work long hours in a cleanroom environment are critical to success in this position.
The typical schedule is 2nd shift, Monday through Saturday, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with most employees currently working 10-hour days and often 6 days per week.
Contractors generally work about 40 to 45 hours per week, with the expectation of long shifts and frequent overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Assemble small catheter components in a cleanroom environment according to detailed procedures and quality standards.
Work under a microscope for extended periods to perform fine, detailed assembly work.
Use small hand tools to handle, position, and assemble tiny parts, including coiling wire and small tubing.
Follow all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and contamination control practices.
Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy while meeting production goals and timelines.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 90 days of employment.
Participate in and pass a hands-on assessment to demonstrate basic assembly and hand tool skills.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members while maintaining focus on quality and productivity.
Work the assigned shift schedule, including long shifts and frequent overtime as needed.
Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous cleanroom experience is highly desired.
Prior manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred.
Openness to entry-level candidates who can demonstrate strong hand skills and dependability.
Willingness to learn and improve performance over time.
Ability to build positive working relationships while maintaining quality and productivity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
