The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and executive support to different departments and managers within the company.

General Responsibilities
Leads in analytical and specialized administrative support to executives, administrative, and staff managers of complex duties.
Recommends process improvements, compiles data and prepares reports.
Leads activities and events between departments.
Ensures incoming calls, visitors, and emails are being responded to in an efficient manner
Develops all files, records, schedules and agendas
Responsible for the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment of current and future administrative needs of the organization
Organizes meetings and business trips (tickets, taxis, hotel reservations, etc.) for company employees and visitors
Greets visitors in the office and addresses their requirements and inquiries to the respective employees from different departments
Experience / Qualifications
Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Hourly Base Pay Range:
$31.60 - $43.45
