Position Overview
The Field Marketing Lead is responsible for driving regional marketing performance by partnering with dealers and cross-functional teams to deliver revenue-generating marketing programs. This role translates enterprise marketing strategy into localized activation that builds brand strength, accelerates demand, and improves dealer business outcomes.
Serving as a strategic marketing partner and change agent, this role enables dealers to adopt modern marketing practices, optimize marketing investments, and connect marketing performance to measurable business results. The Field Marketing Lead collaborates closely with Commercial, Marketing, Dealer Operations, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment and effective execution across the dealer network.
Success in this role requires strong capabilities in demand generation, data-driven decision making, stakeholder influence, and dealer enablement within a dealer/distributor-based business model.
Responsibilities
Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven marketing programs that generate demand, improve lead quality, and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with dealer sales & marketing stakeholders to build and operationalize annual marketing plans aligned to regional commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Use marketing performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing, CRM systems, and demand generation strategies, supporting adoption and effective use across the dealer network.
Provide consultative guidance and coaching to dealers to strengthen marketing capabilities, improve execution, and connect marketing activities to business results.
Enable consistent and effective representation of the International brand across digital and physical customer touchpoints.
Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders-including Sales, Parts & Service, Financing, and Dealer Operations-to support integrated go-to-market strategies and adoption of the solutions portfolio.
Support the implementation and adoption of new marketing tools, programs, and processes, guiding dealers and stakeholders through change with clear communication and support.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform regional marketing strategies and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealers and internal partners to support long-term business success.
Travel as needed to support dealer engagement, training, and program execution (approximately 50% or more).
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and industry engagement.
Contribute to team objectives and participate in cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of marketing experience
At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree and at least 3 years of marketing experience
At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
At least 8 years of marketing experience
At least 1 years of lead experience

Desired Skills

Salary Minimum: USD $106,400.00/Yr.
Salary Maximum: USD $159,600.00/Yr.
