Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant I? You'll:
Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling requests
Arrange and facilitate virtual meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Conduct internet research and compile information for executive review
Support executive leadership with a variety of administrative and project-related tasks
Assist with organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have experience supporting executive-level leadership in mid-size or large organizations
Possess strong calendar management and scheduling skills
Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Have experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools
Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
Can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience supporting C-suite executives, presidents, or vice presidents
Advanced presentation and reporting skills
Database management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in higher education, research, or corporate environments
