About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering a positive customer experience. In this role, you'll handle outbound and inbound phone calls, assisting customers, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a structured, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to a provided list of customers and prospects

Provide information, answer basic questions, and assist with customer needs

Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care on every interaction

Accurately document call details and updates in CRM systems

Follow established scripts and processes while personalizing the customer experience

Meet daily performance goals for call activity and scheduled appointments

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs

Requirements

Qualifications

6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods

Ability to stay organized and manage a steady workflow

Positive attitude and strong reliability

Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)

Work Environment
