General Production Worker (Entry-Level)

Weirton, WV

Pay & Schedule

Day Shift 7am-7pm Monday-Thursday $20/hr

Nigh Shift 7pm-7am Monday-Thursday $21/hr

What You'll Do

Assemble large industrial batteries using tools and equipment

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using a tape measure

Operate machines and production equipment

Record measurements and production details

Help with general labor tasks like moving materials and cleaning work areas

Follow safety and production guidelines

What We're Looking For

6+ months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience

Ability to stand and work on your feet for long shifts (8-10+ hours)

Basic measurement skills (tape measure)

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Willingness to train on first shift and move to second shift

Team player with a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Weirton, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
