Immediate Hiring for Warehouse Worker, paying around $16-$19/HR

Job Description

This entry-level warehouse position supports daily packaging, picking, and material handling activities in a clean, modern facility. You will work closely with a team to fulfill work orders, stage products for shipment, and ensure inventory moves efficiently through the warehouse. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Work with team members to package items accurately and efficiently.

Read and follow work orders in English to pick parts and materials.

Stage finished products and materials for shipment according to instructions.

Collaborate with supervision to understand daily work demand and priorities.

Work independently to handle, move, and organize materials as needed.

Perform general labor tasks to support overall warehouse operations.

Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs infrequently while following safe lifting practices.

Support inventory, production, packing, and shipping activities as directed.

Operate or assist with material handling equipment, such as forklifts, when trained and authorized.

Essential Skills

Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.

Ability to read work orders in English.

Ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs infrequently.

Basic experience or comfort with packing, picking, and general warehouse tasks.

Willingness to follow supervision and adapt to changing work demands.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with packing and shipping processes.

Background in inventory, production, or general labor in a warehouse setting.

Material handling experience, including staging and organizing products.

Forklift experience or willingness to learn forklift operation, where applicable.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean, well-lit, and newly built warehouse environment. You work on-site on a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM. The position requires being on your feet for most of the shift and handling materials, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. You work closely with a team and supervision in a structured setting that uses standard warehouse tools and equipment, including material handling devices and potentially forklifts when trained and authorized. Attire is typical for a warehouse setting, focusing on safety and practicality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Clinton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $48000.00/yr.

Excellent benefits once hired on including medical, dental vision. Bonus upon 6 months and yearly performance bonus. Matching 401k

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Clinton,PA.
