Job Summary:
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for supporting sales success by performing administrative activities for assigned customers. This position is responsible for consulting with business managers/Customer Account Managers/Regional Sales Managers as required. This includes either pre-award or post-award activities. The Customer Service Administrator acts as a customer liaison regarding quotes, purchases, order status, data entry, maintaining files, and warranty returns as applicable. The primary duty of the Customer Service Administrator is focused on routine daily order entry activities directly into an ERP system.
Essential Functions:
Preparetimelyresponsestocustomerrequestsforquotes(RFQ)throughinternalcoordinationto convey pricing and delivery information back to thecustomer
Reviewandenterpurchaseorderrequirements,includingflowingdownessentialrequirements, into ERP system and provide order acknowledgements tocustomers
Supportaccountsreceivablestoaddresspastduepaymentissuesforassignedcustomerbase
Processwarrantyreturnsandensurestimelyprocessingtosupportcustomerrequirements
Establishandgrowrelationshipswithourcustomerbasebyprovidingaccurateandtimelystatus of shipments through a variety of means such as daily / weeklytelecoms
Support and work with demand management and Regional Sales Managers/Customer Account ManagerstoensurecustomerforecastisenteredinERPinordertodrivematerialrequirements and sales planning asapplicable
Ensure applicable export compliance requirements are adheredto
Any other task assigned by supervisor ormanagement
Non-Essential Functions:
Accurately manage internal databases or CRM tools asapplicable
ProvidefollowupandsupporttotheRegionalSalesManagers/businessmanagers/customer accountmanagers
Validate customer scorecards and contest any findings that are not in line with actual performance.Thisincludesthecomparisonofcustomerandinternaldeliverydatainordertoensure we are aligned with our customer's scorecard rating asapplicable
Coordinatingwithotherinternalfunctionalteamsinordertodriveexpedited/aircraftonground (AOG) orders asapplicable
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 0-5+years of relevant workexperience
Knowledge:Understandsfundamentalconcepts,practices,andproceduresofbusinessadministration;Abasicunderstandingofpricingprinciples,howtoresearch invoices,payments, and debits.
Skills/Abilities:KnowledgeofERP;KnowledgeCRM;Abilitytoworkcollaborativelywith employees within department and across functions; Demonstrated ability to convey information and analysis clearly as needed to customers; Demonstrated outstanding organizationalskills. $30.00/hourly to $45.00/hourly. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
