We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented marketing associate to support our North American Intermediary Channel Marketing team. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that partners closely with sales, product, investments, and compliance to develop and execute marketing programs that drive advisor engagement and strengthen our presence across key intermediary distribution channels - including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Broker-Dealers, Banks and Trust Companies, and Defined Contribution (DC) platforms.
The Associate will play an integral role within the North American Intermediary Marketing, involved in a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives with meaningful exposure to projects across the asset class spectrum and the full breadth of intermediary distribution. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and solutions-oriented - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with creative content and hands-on campaign execution, and who brings genuine interest capital markets and the financial advisor marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with senior team members to develop, manage and implement marketing campaigns across the asset class spectrum for the appropriate channels.
Craft, produce and edit copy for various print and digital collateral including product briefs, brochures, pitch books, white papers, client communications and microsites, among others.
Create and manage the execution of channel specific pieces and drive workflow processes to ensure successful on time completion of projects (including compliance review and approval).
Partner with sales, product marketing and compliance to ensure timely, compliant, and channel-appropriate content and messaging
Coordinate distribution of content through digital and print channels
Support digital marketing initiatives including web content, email marketing, and social media programs targeting intermediary audiences
Manage the development of print and digital collateral from brief through compliance review and final production
Assist in planning and executing advisor conferences and webinars - including pre- and post-event campaigns and follow-through
Partner with legal and compliance to ensure all advisor-facing communications meet regulatory standards
Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging integrity across all intermediary touchpoints
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services marketing
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate investment concepts for advisor audiencesAnalytical and comfortable working with and interpreting numbers and data.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with internal and external partners and partner with sales to capture opportunities.
Professional, articulate, and creative with a positive attitude.
Preferred
Experience with intermediary distribution channels
Working knowledge of key intermediary segments - RIA, broker-dealer, bank/trust, and DC - and the dynamics of each
Familiarity with investment vehicles common across these channels: mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and alternatives
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
