In this role, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations to maintain and improve productivity, process, and product quality. You will utilize engineering skills, hands-on approaches, and work in cross-functional teams to solve production issues, develop processes, and implement changes in production. The role will require balancing between providing day-to-day production support and actively working on engineering projects. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards will be paramount to your role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day and swing shift production support for Thin Film to achieve output and yield goals. Typical start time is 7:30 am to 8:30 am.

Areas that will be supported include, but are not limited to, saw dicing, heat treating, semiautomated probing, mechanical cleaning, and final inspection.

Address product and process quality issues, provide guidance to production operators, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Perform engineering tests, conduct process improvement projects, and prepare technical written reports.

Troubleshoot equipment issues, provide guidance to maintenance techs, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.

Work with production supervisors and leads, reduce bottlenecks in the line, and provide back-up production coverage as needed.

Ensure work instructions, drawings, logs, and records are accurate and up to date.

Train and certify production operators using a hands-on training approach.

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws.

Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.The Salary for this position is $78,315- $97,865. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
