Job Description

We're looking for a Line Cook to join a high-energy sports bar kitchen in Vinton, LA. This role is key to delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations (grill, pizza, fry, etc.)

Execute orders quickly and accurately to ensure smooth service

Coordinate tickets and ensure timely food delivery

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and storage areas

Monitor food quality and consistency during service

Manage station inventory and restock as needed

Minimize waste through proper food handling and portion control

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a restaurant or high-volume kitchen

Experience with grilling, frying, sautéing, and multi-station work

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
