Our client in Cumberland is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team.. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cumberland, WI

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Organize and maintain filing systems and reports

Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed

Support team members with various administrative duties to ensure operational success

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
