A Growing Healthcare Organization Is Hiring A Regulatory Data Analyst To Support Compliance, Reporting, And Cross-Functional Data Initiatives. This Is A Strong Entry-Level Opportunity For Someone Who Is Analytical, Organized, And Interested In Healthcare Data And Regulatory Work.

Summary

You'll Work Directly With Health Plans And Internal Teams To Support Regulatory Reporting, Auditing, And Compliance Efforts, While Analyzing Data And Managing Documentation Across Multiple Departments.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with health plan partners and internal stakeholders

Support regulatory reporting and auditing requirements

Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, trends, and compliance

Perform documentation review and assist with contract/compliance tracking

Collaborate with:

Decision Support (Analytics)

Medical Management & Case Management

Provider Relations

Marketing & Customer Service

Manage multiple assignments and prioritize deliverables effectively

Maintain accurate records while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Data analysis & reporting

Regulatory/compliance exposure
