We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Specialist to support a comprehensive I-9 audit initiative. This project will involve reviewing, organizing, and ensuring compliance of employee I-9 documentation across multiple systems.

Scan and upload paper I-9 forms into the designated system of record

Retrieve electronic I-9 documents from the HRIS and transfer them into the system of record

Conduct thorough reviews of all I-9 forms to identify errors or missing information

Correct discrepancies in compliance with federal guidelines

Communicate directly with current employees to obtain or verify necessary documentation

Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Experience with I-9 documentation is preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Warsaw, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
