Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise transformation initiative involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management within a GCC High environment.
This individual will serve as the internal project manager responsible for driving the successful delivery of an 18-month enterprise ERP modernization initiative spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Reporting, Data Migration, Integrations, Compliance, and Organizational Change Management.
The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination between executive leadership, internal SMEs, steering committee members, operational departments, IT leadership, and our external implementation partner, Cambay Solutions. This role requires strong execution, governance, communication, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment capabilities across a highly cross-functional enterprise.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience leading complex ERP implementations in manufacturing or regulated industries, with strong emphasis on execution, delivery accountability, scope management, budget control, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. Experience managing multi-site ERP implementations, concurrent workstreams, integrations, and organizational transformation initiatives is strongly preferred. Content aligned from comparable ERP implementation leadership profiles and enterprise delivery experience.
This role is critical to the success of our enterprise modernization strategy. The selected candidate will lead one of the company's most important technology improvement initiatives and serve as the primary internal owner of project execution, stakeholder alignment, governance, vendor coordination, compliance coordination, and delivery accountability.
Key challenges include:
GCC High architecture and compliance constraints
Cross-functional business process transformation
Multi-workstream ERP deployment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Reporting
Coordination between implementation partners, ISVs, internal teams, SMEs, and executive leadership
Data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live readiness
ERP Project Manager
Organizational change management and user adoption
Maintaining delivery velocity while adhering to strict compliance requirements
This role will report directly to the Vice President of Finance The candidate will be accountable for managing and ensuring the compliance and successful execution of the Statement of Work, particularly in relation to Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Governance
Own the overall ERP project roadmap, execution strategy, governance structure, and delivery accountability
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings and provide project status reporting to leadership
Develop and manage the master implementation plan across all project workstreams
Establish project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalation procedures, governance frameworks, communication cadences, and risk management processes
Manage project scope, budget, resource planning, schedules, vendor accountability, and change control processes
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and IT
Drive alignment between business objectives, technical execution, compliance requirements, and partner activities
ERP Implementation Management
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation activities from discovery through post-go-live stabilization
Coordinate all major implementation phases including:
o Solution design
o Configuration
o Data migration
o Integrations
ERP Project Manager
o Testing and UAT
o Training
o Cutover and go-live support
Partner closely with implementation consultants, solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business leaders
Facilitate issue resolution and executive decision-making across business and technical teams
Maintain strong onsite engagement with stakeholders and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
GCC High & Compliance Oversight
Ensure implementation activities align with GCC High operational and security requirements
Coordinate compliance considerations related to ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, and NIST-aligned controls
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams regarding identity, governance, access control, and data protection requirements
Govern compliance-sensitive deployment activities and secure integration strategies
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen required
Must be local able to work onsite in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA throughout the duration of the project
8+ years of enterprise ERP project management experience
3+ full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management implementations
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives lasting 12+ months
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

o ERP governance and Program Management processes

Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating within GCC High or Azure Government environments
Background supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
Experience with multi-site manufacturing implementations and enterprise integrations
Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, and NIST compliance frameworks
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience managing large consulting teams, offshore/onshore resources, subcontractors, and enterprise implementation workstreams.
