SURTASS Administrative Assistant

Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment as SURTASS Administrative Assistant for SURTASS program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. Operates automated office equipment and computers to respond to or generate mail, messages, and/or appointments; respond to callers; maintain files and prepare documents.

As the SURTASS Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

Support all travel requirements for contractor personnel, including, but not limited to:

Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS)

Synchronized Pre-deployment & Operational Tracker (SPOT) Letters of Authorization

Travel accommodations

Travel expense report processing

Basic Qualifications:

Three (3) years' experience processing Military or DOD Civilian travel orders, Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), and Synchronized Pre-deployment & Operational Tracker (SPOT) Letters of Authorization (LOA).

Proficient with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Project
