About the Role
Uber's Paid Marketing team sits at the center of global growth decision-making, helping shape how paid marketing drives business outcomes across markets, channels, and customer segments.
We are looking for a senior performance marketing strategist to lead cross-channel paid marketing strategy for one of Uber's largest business verticals (Mobility or Delivery). In this role, you will partner closely with regional growth leaders, global channel teams, Marketing Science, Finance, and Strategic Planning teams to translate business priorities into scalable paid marketing strategies that drive efficient growth globally.
This is a highly cross-functional role operating within a matrixed organization. Success requires strong stakeholder influence, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to align diverse teams around a common growth strategy.
Unlike channel-specific marketing roles, this position focuses on cross-channel strategy, performance guidance, and business partnership rather than day-to-day campaign execution. You will help connect regional business priorities with channel expertise to identify and scale the highest-impact growth opportunities across markets. While an individual contributor role, success requires strategic leadership and the ability to navigate and influence key stakeholders.

Lead Through Cross-Functional Influence
Build alignment across regional growth teams, global channel teams, Marketing Science, Finance, Strategic Planning, and other key stakeholders.
