Responsible for improving cargo revenue and profitability through pricing and capacity strategies

This job is a member of the Cargo Revenue Management Team within the Cargo Commercial Division

What you'll do

Identifies opportunities and executes plans to drive improvements in Cargo KPIs including revenue, profitability, service and customer satisfaction

Participates on ad-hoc projects related to Cargo's strategic goals

Collaborates across teams within Cargo and American, incorporating feedback to key RM decisions

Evaluates market performance data and customer feedback to set pricing and inventory strategies

Develops and shares best practices for capacity, inventory and yield management practices within CargoRM

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Experience in air cargo/inventory/yield/revenue management

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Ability to display high levels of personal initiative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Strong leadership, analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong aptitude for creative problem-solving

Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise presentations, insights, and recommendations

Advanced skills in Excel, Access, or SQL

Proficiency in data manipulation, extraction and modeling
