Our client, a leading organization in agricultural testing and quality assurance, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Testing Laboratory supporting crop evaluation and seed testing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Tipton, IN

Pay Range:$19

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

Perform quality testing procedures on plant samples following established guidelines such as ISTA and AOSA.

Verify and accurately record test results to maintain data integrity.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment for optimal performance.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Support cross-functional tasks during high-volume periods and critical testing times.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.

Basic computer skills; entry-level experience acceptable.

Ability to work standing and sitting for extended periods.

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive motions accurately.
