What You'll Do
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for both leadership and execution:
Lead, coach, and assign daily workloads for a team of 10-12 assemblers
Ensure production targets are consistently met (95-100% goal attainment)
Verify all assembly, testing, and inspection processes meet quality standards
Train and mentor new employees to improve team efficiency and skill development
Collaborate with Operations and HR to track performance metrics and report progress
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor
Act as a hands-on leader, spending the majority of time supporting the team on the floor
What You Bring
5-7+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
2-5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of electrical assembly processes and production workflows
Proficiency in:
Schematic and blueprint reading
Wiring and electrical systems
Soldering and electronic assembly
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and meet deadlines
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience with control systems or advanced electrical assemblies
Experience in high-volume or backlog-driven production environments
Experience tracking KPIs and production metrics
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and quality systems
Forklift experience or certification
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
