Requirements
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY
OPTION I: Three (3) years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting and repairing client computing devices or software, in a centralized Information Technology organization; one (1) year of whichMUSThave been in a highly responsible capacityat the level ofLos Angeles County's class of Senior Information Technology Technical Support Analyst (https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/lacounty/classspecs/newprint/1064274) *.
OPTION II:Four (4) years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting and repairing client computing devices or software in a help desk/desktop support role with a minimum of two (2) years as a senior or lead working in an enterprise corporate environment***.

A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS

SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE

TESTING ACCOMMODATION

ELIGIBILITY AND VACANCY INFORMATION
The names of applicants receiving a passing grade in the examination will be placed on the eligible list in the order of their group for a period of six (6) months from the date of promulgation.
The list of successful applicants developed from this exam will be used to fill vacancies within the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Technology and Support Division, Data Systems Bureau.
