Job Description

We are hiring Entry Level Technicians to work on large-scale data center projects. No telecom experience? No problem. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we'll teach you the rest. This is a great opportunity to get into a growing industry with long-term career potential.

What You'll Do

Pull and route cable throughout a data center

Help build and install equipment racks

Label and organize cables and hardware

Use basic tools (drills, hand tools, etc.)

Support experienced technicians on job sites

Work on your feet and stay active throughout the day

What We're Looking For

Experience working in physical jobs (construction, warehouse, military, etc.)

Comfortable using tools and working with your hands

Able to work on ladders or lifts

Strong work ethic and good attitude

Reliable and shows up every day

You don't need cabling experience - we will train you!!

Nice to Haves (not required)

Any cable or low voltage experience

Electrical or trade experience

OSHA 10 certification

Work Schedule

Typical: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (as needed)

Average: 50-60 hours per week

Overtime and occasional mandatory OT required

Work Environment

Data center / construction setting

Fast-paced, team-oriented

Physically active role (lifting, climbing, standing)

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation

Must provide steel/composite toe boots

Must complete required pre-site training (OSHA 10, onboarding)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
