Typical work assignments will include: Serving as the district expert and principal point-of-contact for all physical security matters. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for the position of Security Specialist, at GS-0080-12, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must meet the following conditions, as defined below: Specialized Experience: Possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level obtained in either the private or public sector and defined as follows.
