Job Description: Warehouse Operator

Payrate: $25

Summary:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials using warehouse equipment (including forklifts). This position ensures accurate inventory, efficient shipping and receiving, and adherence to safety and organizational standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and store incoming materials; accurately enter receipts in the ERP system within 24 hours.

Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and stock reorders; maintain compliant storage for all materials, including hazardous and rejected stock.

Prepare, document, and track outbound shipments; resolve shipment issues and support on-time delivery goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready warehouse environment; participate in safety programs and comply with all required training and certifications (DOT, IATA, RCRA, Forklift).

Support other warehousing tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 2 years warehouse or inventory management experience (cGMP environment preferred).

Forklift operation experience.

Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and cGMP practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management/inventory systems.

Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, walking, reaching, and bending.

Work Environment:

Work in office, warehouse, and manufacturing areas with exposures to various temperatures and chemicals.

Flexible to work hours beyond 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including overtime as needed.
