Location: Johns Creek, GA

Shift: Day Shift: 10am-7pm

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 per year

What's a typical day as Warehouse Supervisor? You'll be:

Overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely shipment of goods.

Supervising, coaching, and developing warehouse associates and team leads.

Managing workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring productivity to meet performance standards.

Enforcing safety policies and OSHA regulations, promoting a culture of safety.

Coordinating with transportation, inventory, and planning teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring quality standards for all outgoing shipments.

Leading process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Preparing reports on key performance metrics and communicating with management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Bring 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.

Possess 1-3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

Are proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excel at problem-solving, decision-making, and effective verbal/written communication.

Are comfortable with physical requirements (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs) and working in a fast-paced environment.

Are willing to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed.
