Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
The Cleanroom Production Operator packages products in a controlled cleanroom environment, working on multiple production lines to ensure accurate filling, packaging, and palletizing of finished goods. This role involves standing throughout the shift, rotating duties regularly, and following strict procedures to maintain product quality and documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities
Operate and support multiple cleanroom production lines for filling and packaging products.
Load bottles and containers onto the production line according to established procedures.
Cap bottles and ensure closures are secure and meet quality standards.
Bag products and seal bags when required to maintain cleanliness and integrity.
Load finished containers into boxes and assemble additional boxes as needed.
Palletize finished products safely and accurately for storage or shipment.
Rotate through various production tasks every few hours to support overall line efficiency.
Stand for the full duration of the shift while performing production and packaging tasks.
Follow batch records carefully, signing off on completed tasks as required.
Record batch numbers accurately for inventory management and traceability.
Maintain cleanroom standards by following all cleanliness, handling, and safety protocols.
Inspect products and packaging visually to identify and report any defects or irregularities.
Support line operation by monitoring equipment, reporting issues, and helping ensure smooth workflow.
Work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a production, filling, or packaging role or a similar position.
Experience working in a cleanroom, production, inspection, line operation, or packaging environment.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Ability to complete written documentation, including signing off on completed tasks per batch records.
Ability to accurately record batch numbers for inventory management.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a cleanroom production setting.
Familiarity with batch record documentation and basic inventory processes.
Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality-focused tasks.
Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cleanroom production environment where employees work on filling and packaging lines under strict cleanliness and quality standards. The position requires standing throughout the shift and rotating duties every few hours to support different stages of production and packaging. The standard schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime typically available on Fridays during normal shift hours. Team members work around production equipment, packaging materials, and palletizing areas, following all safety and cleanroom protocols.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
