Responsibilities You will strategize with hiring managers on hiring options for filling OCHR enterprise positions in accordance with regulations, guidance, policies, procedures, and the unique staffing needs of the organization. You will serve as a management consultant in designing and planning a current and future workforce that is responsive to dynamic changes in mission and/or business practices.
