Summer Associate Job Summary

Under immediate supervision, performs routine department work using specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education, experience and/or specialized training. Performs analytical work and related assignments that support bankers and clients in an assigned product class. Responsible for thorough analysis of projects, preparing cash flow analyses, offering circulars and other documents related to the offerings, and client presentations, as well as conducting research related to existing and prospective clients. May be responsible for complete projects or specific aspects of them, depending on their complexity and scope. As interns gain experience, they are expected to increase their capacity to process a larger portion of a given transaction. Guidance is provided to perform varied work that is difficult in nature requiring evaluation, originality and ingenuity to make moderately complex decisions.

The summer associate position is a temporary role.

Start Date: Monday, June 15, 2026

End Date: Friday, August 21, 2026

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Completes spreadsheet financial models for assignedproduct/transaction.

Formulates new transaction proposals.

Mayassistindevelopmentof financial analyses including revenue models, running the numbers, debt profiles and refinancing and cash flow analysis.

Helps in preparation of client pitch books.

Maintains records of market conditions and issuance, prepares regular updates, and reports for internal and external constituencies.

Creates and presents marketing and sales materials.

May have limited interaction with clients.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Works independently on assigned projects and tasks, meeting all delivery deadlines.

Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of

Fundamental investment concepts,practicesand procedures used in the securities industry.

Basic knowledge ofbroker dealerprocedures, regulatory requirements,transactionsand client relationships.

Financial markets and products.

Basic business case analysis.

Financial analysis and data modeling.

Fundamental concepts, practices, and proceduresofa professional office environment.

Educational/ Previous Experience Requirements

Junior or Senior standing student pursuing aBachelor's Degree(B.A.) orMaster's Degree in Finance, Economics, MIS,ISMor related field at an accredited university.

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD).
