Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our IT DevOps and Automation team. This role demands a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in C# development. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions within our global IT landscape.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute significantly to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving technical solutions from conception to deployment. You will collaborate with global teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.

Develop and Maintain C# Applications: Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level C# applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Solution Design and Implementation: Contribute to the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards.

Paying between $50-$70 an hour

Skills and Requirements

Source Code Management: Deep understanding of Git-based source code management, including branching strategies, pull request workflows, and code review processes within Azure Devops Repos.

Advanced C# Development: Deep understanding of C# development, including .NET Core and related frameworks.

Web development: Experience of this would be a plus.

DevOps and Agile Principles: Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Cloud Platforms: Experienced with Azure (required)

Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.

Database Skills: Experience with T-SQL and SQL Server. Knowledge of SQL Server Master Data Services would be a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level software development roles.
