The client is a global beauty brand specializing in innovative skincare and cosmetics. They are looking for a Mid-level Designer with 3-5+ years experience specialized in print & experience in packaging. This is a preferably an onsite engagement in Northbrook, IL with the opportunity to be hybrid. This would be a long-term freelance engagement with the potential to transform into a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities include:\

Execute hands-on mockup production for CPG packaging, primarily small

cosmetic boxes\

Perform hand comp work, including cutting, assembling, folding, and

finishing physical mockups\

Print, trim and construct packaging mockups across multiple programs

and brands\

Collaborate onsite with the team to align on specifications and

production needs

Experience & Skill Set\

Proven experience in physical mockup production, packaging comps, or

production artistry\

Background in CPG packaging, ideally within beauty or cosmetics\

Strong hands-on skills in cutting, folding, and assembling\

Experience with printing and preparing production ready materials\

High attention to detail and craftsmanship\

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\

Strong communication and collaboration skills
