Entry Level Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Seeking a motivated entry level indusial who wants to grow in the miantance field! Willing to train.

Responsibilities

Install, align, and maintain shafts and drive train components to ensure proper operation and minimal downtime.

Remove, refit, and replace bearings and related mechanical components as needed.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, identifying and resolving issues to maintain equipment performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, and related components.

Interpret and work from mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete installations and repairs accurately.

Operate forklifts, hoists, and lifts on occasion to move equipment and materials safely within the facility.

Essential Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valparaiso, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
